Pizzakveld: Pizza with a side of norsk

A fun-for-all-ages open house-style workshop where we’ll make a little pizza, and learn a little norsk. No language skills are required.

Come when you are able. Average activity visit will be around 60 minutes.

Italians are often amused, intrigued, or horrified by what other cultures do with their most famous culinary export, and the Norwegian way is no exception.

Norwegians today LOVE pizza, served in a way familiar to Americans, yet often with a little Norwegian flair.

A part of Matfestivalen, a collaboration of Norway House and Mindekirken. Lutefiskfestivalen at Norway House is the kickoff event, and Mindekirken’s iconic annual Lutefisk Dinner closes it out.
